Thank You All Saints!
The generosity of our school community was incredible again this year as we joined together to help three refugee families celebrate Christmas. The families were excited and appreciative when we arrived with so many packages. We shared the love of all the children at All Saints and were in turn treated to the families’ wonderful hospitality.
Though life has been easier here than in the refugee camps where they spent many years, each family continues to struggle.
Your gifts of scrip and money for their electric bills will truly ease their way. It is part of our faith to welcome the stranger and care for the needy.
Reaching out to these refugee families is our faith in action! Below is a thank you note from one of the teenagers.
