All Saints School

Library

The All Saints School Library program serves 500 students in grades Pre-K through Eighth, faculty, administration, staff, and families of the school and parish.

The All Saints School Library curriculum follows the Oregon Association of School Library (OASL) standards, which have been adopted by the Archdiocese of Portland. The teacher-librarian collaborates with faculty from all grades and content areas to integrate the following standards into the curriculum of All Saints School.

Library-1st-Grade-Boys

Reading Engagement: Read to pursue intellectual, personal, and emotional growth for life.

Information Literacy: Use strategies for locating, selecting, organizing, understanding, evaluating, using, and producing information.

Social Responsibility: Share knowledge and participate ethically and productively as members of our democratic society.

Technology Integration: Employ digital technology and communication tools or networks to locate, evaluate, use, create, and produce information.
