All Saints School

Student Safety

Student safety is a priority. The school has a variety of security measures in place and holds regular emergency drills for our students and faculty. Please refer to the Student/Parent Handbook for complete information on security, emergency procedures, student conduct expectations, and discipline procedures.

Senate Bill 197

Senate Bill 197 is a law applied to previous laws on teen dating violence (grades 7-12), domestic violence, and sexual harassment to all schools, including private schools.

All parents are required to complete a Field Trip Medication Form before beginning the school year, and a Field Trip Permission Form to participate in all off-campus events. In keeping with Archdiocesan policy, we also require a Photographic Permission Form for all photographs of students published in collateral information or on our school website. These forms are available in the Forms & Documents section of the website.

Background Checks

Parents or individuals wishing to volunteer in our school setting are mandated by the Archdiocese of Portland to successfully complete a criminal background check and a series of online child safety courses. For more information on how to become eligible to volunteer with children, contact the school office.
