All Saints School

Bring joy to your family and others in our community by participating in a variety of seasonal activities throughout December:

Christmas Boxes: Pre-purchase; pick up Wednesday, December 16 @ 1-5pm

Back by popular demand, but with a holiday flair, these boxes contain treats and crafts for your family. Each box is $20 and contains a mason jar with cookie mix and cookie cutter, Christmas poem, ornament craft and hot cocoa mix. Boxes must be purchased in advance. They will be super cute! And Santa will be passing them out. We will set up a station where Santa can safely take pictures. Santa will help distribute boxes during the materials exchange on Wednesday, December 16th from 1-5 pm. Purchase boxes by Monday, Dec, 14th.  https://forms.gle/8irAFvG7TLGB6qqn6

Sold Out! – Holiday Spirit Tasting – Whiskey World Tour: Friday, December 11 @ 8pm

Since most families are likely to be going nowhere for the holidays, why not travel around the world with a “blind” whiskey tasting? All Saints parent Gregor McWee will host 25 whiskey-loving lads and lasses with support from Amelia Albright, Cecily Barron and Myles Faulkner on Friday, December 11 from 8:00 pm – 9:30 pm. Cost is $50 for five 1.5 oz drams. One set can easily be shared by two but it will be an “angel’s” share. It will be a great way to keep your spirits up this holiday season and part of proceeds support All Saints. You will receive an email regarding payment and logistics once you sign up to the link below. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/20F0E49A4A62AA6FA7-holiday

Holiday Sing-A-Long: Thursday, December 17 @ 7pm

Ms. Robin will host a very merry group Zoom sing-a-long on Thursday, December 17th from 7:00-7:45pm. Everyone is welcome! And if you are worried about your singing, you can just mute yourself. But with so many people tuning in, no one will know who is singing off key!

Holly Jolly Parade: Friday, December 18 @ 1:30-3pm

Join All Saints teachers and staff for a fun reverse parade on Friday, December 18th from 1:30-3:00pm. Families are encouraged to drive by and wave hello to the festively-attired revelers. The school will be alphabetically divided into three 30 minute groups, similar to the Halloween Parade.

Community Engagement: Throughout December

If you are interested in helping others during this holiday season, here is some information on the organizations we support through All Saints’ Community Outreach:

Friends of the Children Portland

We select children who face multiple systemic obstacles and commit to them for the long-term, 12+ years, no matter what. Our Holiday Gift Drive will help ensure that every youth in our program has a special gift to open this holiday season. See gift suggestions for children from age 5-18, or use the Amazon Wish List for items to ship directly to Friends.

Oregon Food Bank

When you choose to donate during this Season of Giving, you help our community emerge stronger from wildfires, an economic downturn, and the COVID-19 health pandemic. Your support ensures that the one in four people in our region facing food insecurity won’t go hungry today. And your gift works to create resilient communities that won’t know hunger at all.
